What You Wanna Know?
I canât wait to get my stuff! When is it coming, sis?
Fast shipping is part of exceptional customer service. While we arenât Amazon, we try to ship your orders within 1-3 business days (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays). Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and distance from our facility.
Realistically, we ask to allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing and shipping delivery. Once you receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, use that to follow your order. During sales and high volume seasons, that can change. If you require expedited shipping, please email us at heygirl@projectchickplanner.com prior to ordering and weâll see what we can do.
My order says it was delivered, but itâs not here! What should I do?
We hate to hear that! Planner orders ship in either a black bubble mailer with our logo or priority shipping box (or an envelope for smaller items, larger box for larger orders). If you have checked your porch and mailbox, and truly do not have it, please initiate a claim with the delivery service and if nothing results from that in the timeframe they define, we will re-ship your order. If we have to re-ship an order, you must confirm the delivery address via email and a signature will be required at the time of delivery. This is non-negotiable to ensure that you get your stuff next time!
Please understand there may be some delays with this process that are beyond our control.
How do I know you got my order?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Once you have an email confirmation, the next email will come once it is shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. If you donât get an email, itâs likely that your email was input incorrectly or was filtered to spam. We promise that our system automatically generates an order number immediately after the order has been processed.
Ion like this planner. Can I get my money back?
All sales are final unless the physical product (not the box) is damaged or defective, you received an incorrect item, or there was an error made on our behalf. Exceptions can be made solely based on the discretion of our team. Be sure to check out the product deets and our social media and blog for tips on best use before ordering to make sure our items are right for you. Email us within 7 business days of receipt if there is a problem and we will work with you to try to make it right.
Iâm in ATL, too! Can I come pick up my planner?
At the moment, we only ship orders. Make sure youâre on the mailing list for updates on pop-ups or other in-person events/opportunities to shop.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. You will incur the international shipping fees when placing your order, but we got you!
Oops! I was moving too fast and either forgot to add my discount code, forgot to add an item, or changed my mind altogether. Can I apply a discount code or modify my order after it is placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, you will not be able to make any changes. Also, we do not combine or enter multiple discounts codes at the time of purchase. Please enter all discount codes in the correct section of the website; placing a code in the notes section of the purchase page is insufficient to apply the discount to your order. Once your order is submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
I just realized I put the wrong address when placing my order. Help!
Dang! If you email us within 2 hours of your order, we can update the address and get you squared away. If the error is not caught in time, we will do our best to work with you, but please note that you might be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with this error if it has already been shipped.
Did you say promo code? How do I get/use a promo code?
Make sure youâre on our mailing list and/or follow us on social media for updates and promos. To use, first you will enter items that you want to purchase in your cart. Once you go to check out, enter the promo code in the denoted promo box. If it is a live discount, it will be applied to the appropriate items in your cart.
If youâve forgotten to enter a code after checking out, unfortunately, we can no longer help you. If you are having problems with an active code, email us before you complete your purchase at heygirl@projectchickplanner.com so that we can fix it!
Do you have a male version of this planner?
Not yet, but itâs on the way!
Is this licensed merchandise?
Yes, we are licensed for styles that require it, including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Is my transaction secure?
We utilize secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. SSL uses a private key to encrypt your data, including your credit card information, so that it cannot be read while being transferred over the internet
Will I be charged tax on my order?
We are required to collect sales tax for applicable orders.
We want The Project Chick Planner at an event. Will you pull up?
Is an elephant heavy? Weâll be there, baby! We are always looking for events that align with the brand. If you are interested in having us, contact us via email to heygirl@projectchickplanner.com. Please provide a vendor packet (if applicable), target demographic, where to find more information about the event, including estimated attendance and dates. Planners are heavy - so as long as you are within driving distance of our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, we can talk!
Can I include a gift receipt or note with my order?
Currently, we do not offer the option to include a gift receipt or notes with your order. We look forward to offering this option AND gift cards in the future. Make sure youâre on our mailing list for product and website capability updates.
I see a lot of beautiful Black women on your website? Are you a Black-owned business?
We absolutely are. Our creator is a proud HBCU alum, member of a historically Black Greek-letter organization, and an all-around baddie. Our teamâs assistant and all partners (technology/web, photographers, and social media management) are also Black-owned businesses. Additionally, most of the items you see in our photos are from Black-owned businesses as well. Itâs not just a look and we appreciate you asking!
Do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do. Contact us via email if you need to order more than 10. Additionally, if you are interested in having us placed in your shop, contact us!
